The shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. The shipping rate depends on your location, your order subtotal and the freight option you choose. You can see the shipping options and their corresponding rates after you fill in your shipping details on the checkout.
Normally, if we have the products in stock, we fulfil orders in 1-2 business days. If we do not have a product in stock, it may take up to 1 week to send an order. Average shipping time is 2-7 days.
We choose shipping operators based on the principle of effectiveness — we do our best to provide you with the best solution based on a ratio of money to quality. All our shipments are provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your order in your personal account. Our default shipping provider is DHL. Our alternative shipping provider is state post service, which we use for remote areas and for shipping to countries, where it’s highly probable that the customer will be charged a high import fee in case we ship via DHL Express.
Every country has its own customs laws. The customs authorities of some countries may apply customs duties to your shipment. You are responsible for paying these duties if they apply. Before you place your order, please familiarize yourself with your national customs laws.
We operate from Estonia (an EU country), which means an additional 20% VAT for customers with European shipping addresses who do not obtain an issues VAT number.
